Skill Bridge ApS Partners with CII to Connect Indian Talent with Danish Employers

Skill Bridge ApS has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) to create a structured and ethical pathway connecting skilled Indian professionals with Danish employers. This partnership is backed by the India–Denmark Mobility and Migration Partnership Agreement (2024), reinforcing strong bilateral cooperation.

Under this collaboration, CII will support talent outreach and skills mapping across its extensive network, while Skill Bridge ApS will manage end-to-end recruitment, placement, and integration in Denmark. The initiative focuses on sectors facing labour shortages, including manufacturing, construction, agriculture, food processing, and skilled trades.

Built on a zero-fee recruitment model, the partnership ensures no financial burden on workers and adheres to the highest standards of ethical hiring and compliance. It also provides comprehensive support to candidates, including immigration assistance, accommodation, and on-ground integration services.

This MoU marks a significant step toward building a scalable, transparent, and worker-centric talent corridor between India and Denmark, addressing workforce needs while creating global career opportunities for Indian professionals.
